I see design as the bridge between people, business, and technology, a way to turn organizational and product complexity into structure, clarity, and experiences that scale.
My work lives at the intersection of UX strategy, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership. I take ambiguous, multi-market challenges, the kind with unclear ownership, competing stakeholders, and no obvious starting point and turn them into a product direction that teams can actually align around and execute.
I care deeply about translating complexity into something usable: consolidating fragmented flows, aligning stakeholders across markets and functions, and building the structure that lets a team move from idea to implementation with confidence.
